As the primary custodian of corporate records and statutory documentation, she supports the Board of Directors and Executive Management in fulfilling their fiduciary and regulatory responsibilities.

Director, Project Management (Asphalt Production Plant)He oversees and documents all aspects of the Asphalt production plant from planning to design, supervision to execution, and ensures timely delivery of projects within budget and scope in meeting both clients and customers expectations and organization’s goal.
Mr. Bello Egele Amodu
Director, Project Management (Quarry Plant)He oversees and documents all aspects of the Quarry plant from planning to design, supervision to execution, and ensures timely delivery of projects within budget and scope in meeting both clients and customers expectations and organization’s goal.
Engr. Urhoboghera Victor
Director, Project Management (Constructions)He is a registered member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He oversees and documents all aspects of the Construction projects from planning to design, supervision to execution, and ensures timely delivery of projects within budget and scope in meeting both clients and customers expectations and organization’s goal.
Onyeukwu Chiedozie
Director, Business Development & HSEHe holds certificates in Project Management and HSE. He is responsible for all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment, Business/Proposal Development, Monitoring & Evaluation of projects, materials, products and goods, ensures proper warehousing, storage and fills orders for procurement on a timely basis.

Director Admin./HR ManagementHe holds certificates in HR Management and Project Management. He is responsible for all aspects of HR related documentation (contract of employment), database, recruitment process and administration.
Amechi Chiadika
Director Operations & LogisticsHe is responsible for any operations, inspections, site supervision, business management, haulage, contract sourcing and enterprise resources. He delivers efficiently and effectively.
